The hapack team is a good mix of experience and carefree youth. We need both the old people who have seen and experienced a lot and the young people who would like to do everything differently. Well-rehearsed teams ensure that your orders are carried out smoothly.
With an eye to the future, we have been training regularly for years: wood mechanics, industrial clerks and warehouse logistics specialists. Not only in order to have sufficiently qualified employees in a few years, but also so that the employees develop in the way they are specifically needed at hapack: flexible, a team player, resilient, knowledgeable, future-oriented and enjoy their work.
Long-standing employees also receive further training in various areas: dangerous goods, CAD, logistics, freight transport, purchasing, ERP, CRM, project management and QM.
